Refund/ Exchange Policy

We understand, nobody likes receiving dodgy items!

We do our very best to be as accurate as possible with our prints, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt 🤦. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), if they do arise, we’ll handle it!

We will replace an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received and proof of purchase, we will send out a replacement at no charge.

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. Please email: admin@lavishllama.com.au with your refund claim. * To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase. * To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.

Due to the nature of our print to order set up, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to

  • Customer prefers another size
  • Customer prefers a different colour or design

Please refer to size chart provided on item page to find the perfect size for you.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds 

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@lavishllama.com.au

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes).
